Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bartender to join our team and contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of our Irish pub. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, a deep understanding of Irish beverages, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of Irish and classic cocktails, beers, and other beverages.
Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a memorable experience.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and alcohol service guidelines.
Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
Contribute to the overall cleanliness and ambiance of the pub.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume setting.
Extensive knowledge of spirits, beers, and cocktails.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to alcohol service.
